Abstract

Pindang Pegagan Restaurant in Prabumulih city is a small micro business located in Karangan village, Rambang Kapak Tengah district, Prabumulih city provides a variety of food and drink menus typical of South Sumatra, in this case the food and beverage sales system in the restaurant, the sales data processing process is still manual and also when ordering a lot, sometimes there is an error in delivering food to the table by the waiter. For this reason, the author makes a php mysql web-based application that can assist the service process and the data recap process to complete the ordering report. The purpose of this research is to increase the competitiveness of restaurants in providing services to customers, a web-based application is needed that can assist in the ordering process. With the ordering application, it is hoped that it will provide convenience for the Pindang Pegagan restaurant in Prabumulih in carrying out its business activities related to ordering.
