IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI WEB DAN MOBILE DALAM OPTIMALISASI LAYANAN JASA LAUNDRY: STUDI KASUS REN’S FRESH LAUNDRY

Abstract

The competition in the laundry service industry is becoming increasingly intense, prompting business owners to adopt technology to enhance productivity and services. This study aims to optimize the services of Ren’s Fresh Laundry through the development of a web and mobile-based application. The application is designed using HTML for the interface, PHP for the system, and MySQL as the database. By utilizing web technology that can be converted into an Android application (APK), customers can easily access the services without having to visit the location directly. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes planning, design workshops, and implementation stages. The results of the study indicate that this application can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. It is hoped that this application can continue to be developed to support other operating systems in the future
